The Warrior Spring Fever Lacrosse Tournament is a competitive lacrosse tournament for BOYS Middle School and High School lacrosse teams. There are divisions for U11, U13 A & B, U15 A & B and High School A & B. The tournament will be held at Rabbit Hill Park in Dacula, GA on May 19-20, 2012. Awards will be presented to the first and second place teams in each division.
A $400.00 nonrefundable deposit will hold a team's spot in the tournament until April 1, 2012 at which time nonrefundable full payment is due.

By submitting a registration form for a team each coach acknowledges that he/she has read, understands and will adhere to the rules of play and eligibility requirements for Warrior Spring Fever.

All players/parents should complete a Waiver of Liability/Medical Release Authorization form. These forms should be turned in at the registration desk, as a team, prior to the team's first game.
