The Diamond Lacrosse Showcase for male lacrosse players will be held at St. Paul's School in Baltimore, MD on November 21-22, 2009. It will feature the top 120 male high school lacrosse players in the country from the Class of 2011 (juniors) & 2012 (sophomores)
Players will be showcased to the top college lacrosse coaches in the nation. Admittance is by invitation only. Players may be nominated by their high school or club coach. All applicants will be reviewed by the Diamond Showcase selection committee. A limited number of players at each position will be invited to participate in this event.
Coaches from many top colleges will be in attendance. A list of coaches that attended last year's event can be found below.
Players will be put through a series of speed, strength and agility tests. The tests will be scored by certified athletic trainers. The results of all tests will be provided to all college coaches in attendance.
Players will participate in game like lacrosse drills. These drills will be run by current coaches and players. Players will not be scored in these events but college coaches will be invited to watch and perform their own evaluations.
Players will also compete in five full field games. Games will be played on turf fields. Games will be coached by high school coaches. The goal will be to achieve equal playing time for players at each position. No scores will be kept. The entire purpose of the games will be to compete in front of the college coaches against the top high school players in the nation.
All Aloha Tournament venues are smoke free and pet free events. Please be respectful of others.

Having good game film is becoming increasingly important if a player wants to successfully navigate the recruiting process and maximize the exposure he receives. If any players want to have their games filmed, they MUST contact Matt@LacrosseRecruits.com or call 203.903.0679 to book a video professional in advance of the event. If they do not book a video professional, their game will NOT be filmed.
